Most trade show machines are built to impress. The FST-1309 is built to fit. It’s a 1300×900mm air-cooled fiber laser cutter with a 1500W source.No water chiller. That’s not a typo. The Canton Fair booth is only 3×3 m, so air cooling was the only practical choice. For a small shop, it also means easier installation, no chiller maintenance, and less floor space.
The machine is a one-piece gray-red design with a medium gantry. It runs on 380V. The interface is English. We’ll cut small comb samples at the show, so you can see the edge quality and speed in person, not just in a brochure.
Safety features: a proximity sensor watches the cutting area and reacts in milliseconds if someone gets too close. A multi-color status light shows running, alarm, and idle status. Dust and fume control uses a segmented extraction bed—it pulls smoke from the cutting zone instead of the whole table. The Z-axis has a bellows cover to keep spatter off the rails and screws. Gas and electrical lines are protected by metal-armored conduits.
Core components: Raytools laser head, Delta X/Y 750W and Z 400W brake motors, Shimpo reducer, HIWIN guides with hard limits, YYC rack and pinion, SMC air control, and Delixi electricals. Dual X-axis grating scales help maintain accuracy. These are not show-only parts. They are chosen for daily production.
